~We finished The great Gilly Hopkins! This novel was a blast to read. Gilly finally met her mother and is devastated when she finds out her grandmother Nonnie had to bribe her mother Courtney to come see her. She finally realizes that Trotter loved her, but it is too late..... Nonnie needs her more than Trotter.
