Where the Red Fern Grows

~Enjoying a great American novel as we coast to the end of our year together!

The Children We Remember

~We are working on our latest writing project which is a response to literature to the children's book, The Children We Remember.  This book is  picture memorial to the children lost in the Holocaust, as well as a testament to the children who survived.  It is written in the language of a first grader, but the pictures are more for fifth graders and middle schoolers.
