Camping and the Perfect Meal
It's nice to get away from Jacksonville every once in a while. As many of you know, Mr. G loves camping...tent..RV....cabin...whatever, even thought I am what you might consider city folk, I love the woods. Some good friends and I built a fire last night and enjoyed an evening under the stars. I slept until noon today. I hadn't done that since high school. It felt good. I cooked supper over an open fire tonight...now that can be difficult. I had to take a picture of this meal...it just looked that good....haha! Guess where Mr. G is going over Spring Break? The amazing thing is...... I am over 50 miles from what you would call civilization....and my laptop still works! Right now, I am sitting beside a blazing fire under the stars. See you Monday!
