Gingerbread and Fiddler on the Roof

We had a lot of fun today making gingerbread houses. After everyone came down from the sugar rush, we learned a little about European Jewish culture. We also learned that what happened to the Jews in WWII was not something new. It happened in Russia in the lat 1800's and early 1900's. Many of the Jews that died in the Holocaust had fled Russia 30--40 years earlier. Reptavia our main character was awesome to watch. The dancing in Fiddler on the Roof is incredible as well.
