Poetry in Progress

~We are learning some of the elements of poetry.  We have learned about rhyming patterns, verse, stanza, rhyming verse, free verse, and how poets sometimes use one thing to represent another thing.... Ms. gay wrote a poem about school that was pretty cool.... part of it was rhyming, and part was free verse.  She is a poet  and we didn't know it!   WOW..... I rhymed!
