~Today we learned some new Art forms with Ms. Grasley. We learned about Andy Warhol and pop art. We also learned about psychedelic art forms from the late 60's, and graffiti which can be art also! Ms. Grasley tied all this in to our study of Richard Nixon, Vietnam, LBJ, the Cvil Rights Act and a man landing on the moon. We used these art forms to make Valentine cards for American soldiers stationed in other countries. In these cards, we let them know that we appreciate them and are thinking about them!
