This is how I imagine Big Ma

~Palmer's mother was quite upset that her son came home all bruised up. His father, on the other hand, was proud of his son. His son has continued the tradition! We also found out that Palmer had been friends with Dorothy "Fishface" Gruzik since they were young. In order to be friend with Mutto and Beans, Palmer has had to compromise himself and NOT be friends with Dorothy. On the surface he seems OK with this; but deep down we can sense that he feels badly about this. He will get out of Pigeon Day by pretending to be sick...but how long can he pull off this act?

~Don't forget our END OF YEAR Luncheon is next Friday the 29th from 12-2:00! Every parent is invited. It is important to Mr. Gibbons, Mrs. Peck, Mrs. Gay and Mrs. Whitelaw that you try to be there! This is a big day for your child! Invitations will go home on Monday. Please please please come and support your child. We ask that only parents come due to limited space.

~There is "American Grandstand" practice after school on Tuesday from 3:15-4:30. This is the ONLY dress rehearsal! Please pick your child up on time.

~It is not too late to order your spaghetti dinners for next Thursday before the evening performance of "Grandstand".

~Next Thursday, please come to school in costume so we do not have to waste a lot of time. The first performance is at 9:00!
