Teacher of the Year

~Congratulations go out to Mrs. Sally Locy, Beauclerc's Teacher of the Year! Doesn't she look awesome? Sally is an awesome first grade teacher who teaches in both Spanish and English. Her room is warm and inviting and would make any first grader want to come to school! She treats her children with dignity and respect. When you walk into her room, you can clearly see that it is NOT about her, but about her students. We are proud to call her our colleague and friend! It is awesome that those around her chose HER to represent US! You rock Sally!

~Congratulations to Octavia and Kiet for earning the right to represent the top 5% of Students at Beauclerc. They will be recognized Monday night at UNF! Two more rocking Apes! They were chosen based on their fourth and fifth grade report card grades, and fourth grade FCAT scores.

~A special thanks today go out to all the Apes (teachers and students) of Room 71 & 73 for making May 1, 2009 an incredible day in the life of Mr. Gibbons. You made me proud to be your teacher and colleague.
