~We took our Reading Benchmark today....and the scores were awesome! We are building up our reading tolerance for FCAT. If you look to the side of the blog, you can click on reading or Math to see the actual FCAT test from two years ago. We will be taking this test in class next week.

~We are almost finished with our first Response to Literature. We are responding to the book Milkweed. In a response the students get to tell what the book meant to them and what they learned from it. The responses are incredible and insightful. This is a warmup to our BIG response to The Children We Remember. Evan helped us out by showing how he supported his judgments.
