~Uncle Schepsel has decided to convert to Christianity. He thinks once the Germans find out, he will be allowed out of the ghetto. He is more naive than Misha. Today Misha met Herr Himmler, the #2 Jackboot. He was incredibly saddened to find out he was a scrawny little man that looked like a chicken.. He no longer wants to be a Jackboot. He is finally figuring things out.
Former Apes Kyle and Rasika came by to speak to Beauclerc fifth graders about James Weldon Johnson. They are both doing real well, but miss Room 71.
Kyle, Rasika, and Mrs. Vu I have to publicly admit that I have a secret addictions. It's American Idol. I will be sadly glued to the TV in hopes of seeing another Fantasia Burrino. Paula Abdul and Simon are hysterical to watch, but I usually agree with Randy! Tonight is the first night.
~Instead of recess today we played Simon Says. Sounds like a kindergarten game huh? Well Mr. Gibbons got everyone out in less than 5 minutes!
