What is so embarrassing?

We started our second narrative writing project for this year. Students are being asked to write a narrative about something that has happened to them that was embarrassing. Today we worked on our Story LEADS. It is amazing to see the growth from their first projects. Each student presented their lead today as if it was an advertisement for a movie. They were great!

Awewsome haircut Evan!

We had our first auction today. It was amazing to see how high the bidding would go for a pack of football cards. Some decided not to get involved with the bidding wars, and save their money. Karson (football cards), Madison (pumpkin), Dylan (football cards), Antonio (pencil pack), Noah (pencil pack) and Ashely (the candy fan)walked away with the big prizes. Don't forget to save your money students, the store will be open next Friday!
