Baskets of goodies!
~Big thanks to our anonymous Holiday Cheermister! Someone has donated tupperware containers for all the APES, along with plastic grass and eggs, and a SMALL amount of candy! If you would like to send in treats for these baskets, please feel free.... by Friday! If you DO NOT want your child to receive a basket, please let us know, otherwise every APE will get one! Happy Easter! Happy Passover! Happy Spring! The Easter basket is a cultural phenomenon with it's roots in Judaism, Christianity, and many other religions celebrating the beginning of Spring. The Easter Bunny, and the Easter basket have almost nothing to do with the real meaning of Easter.... they are just a fun way to celebrate the end of winter and the beginning of Spring.
